This project was a 16,800 square foot tenant build-out within an existing warehouse structure for a national company. The project included a commercial sales area, paint storage area, carpet storage area, district sales offices and conference spaces. The floor plan allows for an efficient handling of materials while separating the sales staff and the public from the warehouse areas.
