The project consists of a new one story, 5,300 square foot office building as part of a mixed-use master planned suburban development. Dr. Schone’s Chiropractic Practice occupies 3,300 square feet of space with remaining space dedicated for a yet to be named tenant. The chiropractic office is organized around a central “spine.” This central area is the circulation link between all spaces. As a patient enters the office high ceilings, natural light, and the sound of water welcome them. The termination of the central spine is the therapy/massage room with a window wall looking into a wooded ravine. |
