Pediatric Associates, Inc. was formed over 40 years ago to provide comprehensive healthcare to children. Today the practice has grown to 20 physicians and four office locations in central Ohio. Over the last few years the Pickerington office has seen a steady growth in patients. On two occasions during the past the office gained space from adjacent tenant spaces, but the office was not comprehensively redesigned. This has led to issues with functionality, efficiency, and over capacity spaces throughout the office.
Rogers Krajnak Architects has been asked to provide options for redesigning the space to improve the patient experience and staff efficiency. The office will again grow by adding an additional 1,700 square feet of adjacent tenant space, bringing the total office area to 8,700 square feet. Major design improvements will include; improved flow and efficiency at check-in and check-out areas, increased size for labs and nurse stations, additional physician offices, and an additional doctor's suite with four exam rooms. |
