| This project, located in the prestigious Muirfield Village golf course community, included the conversion of an existing 1-story attached garage into a 2-story element with a new second floor master suite over the existing first floor garage. The master suite consists of a bedroom, bath, and a large walk-in closet. The renovation of the existing kitchen, including a custom island was also part of the project scope. |
