The project is the conceptual design study for a new mixed-use structure in the Short North District in Columbus, Ohio. The building would include first floor retail and/or restaurant space, four floors of residential loft style condominiums and an optional underground parking garage. The conceptual study analyzed the potential building footprint, retail area, allowable building height and the potential quantity and layout of residential units. Conceptual designs for the exterior facades were illustrated as well as a site plan, floor plans and a building section. |
