The project scope was modest but brought major architectural enhancements to this unique Mediterranean style home. The functional program called for reconstruction of the existing attached garage, a new mudroom and bathroom remodel on the first floor, and an expanded/remodeled bath on the second floor. A covered arcade designed to relate to the existing screened porch softens the east side of the garage and provides protection for the new steps that lead down to the garage.
