This project involved a major addition and remodeling to a circa 1850 historic farm house in Smithville, Ohio. The first floor involved a new 3-car garage, remodeled bathroom, and an expanded/remodeled kitchen with dramatic views out into the side yard. The arched openings of the new garage doors relate to the arched profile of the existing front porch. The second floor scope of work consisted of a new shared bathroom for children, a new bedroom, laundry, and a master suite. A cantilevered deck that overlooks a wooded ravine is located off the master bedroom suite.
